Step 2 — Choose Your Artwork

Lead Times

  • Framed prints (paper, acrylic, metal): ship in 10 business days, delivered in 2–3 additional business days
  • Unframed prints: ship rolled in a reinforced tube in as little as 3 business days
  • Canada shipments: allow up to 5 additional business days beyond standard transit

Carriers and Coverage

We ship to any physical address across the contiguous United States and Canada via UPS and FedEx, in specially engineered art-secure boxes. We offer door-to-door delivery to residential and commercial addresses on weekdays and Saturdays.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories for framed artwork.

No Surprise Fees — DDP Shipping

All orders ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid): no additional customs or duty fees will be charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a packing list and a tracking number. Add info@thepicturalist.com to your contacts to ensure shipping notifications are not missed.

Quality Guarantee

Every piece is a museum-quality print framed specifically for you. If your artwork arrives damaged, email us photos of the exterior and interior packaging within 30 days and we will replace it immediately at no charge.
