Description

CASTLETON, ENGLAND MAY 29: The King, Johnathon Haddock poses for a portrait with the Garland before the procession during Castleton Garland Day on May 29, 2019 in Castleton, England. The first records of Garland day date back to the 1700s and though it's true origins are not fully understood it is believed to be an ancient fertility rite with Celtic connections. The celebration also incorporates more recent elements of Oak Apple Day which falls on May 29th, and celebrates the restoration of the monarchy in 1660. The garland is a framework of cut flowers which is prepared on the day by villagers before being placed on the head of the King, and paraded around the town on horseback with his Consort, also on horseback, dressed in Stuart costume. Customization Options

Color Matching Available

Need an artwork to better complement your interior palette? In many cases, we can modify specific colors within an artwork to match your preferred paint or fabric selection, including Benjamin Moore color codes. This service is ideal for interior designers, hospitality projects, and collectors seeking a seamless integration with their décor. Most color adjustments require approximately one hour of graphic design work and are typically billed at $65/hour. Please contact our team to discuss your project.

Transform Any Artwork Into a Triptych or Multi-Panel Installation

Looking to cover a larger wall surface? Many artworks can be transformed into a striking triptych by dividing the image into three equal panels printed at your desired size. Popular configurations include three panels measuring 40x60, 54x36, or 30x45 inches each.

For even greater impact, selected artworks can be divided into four coordinated canvas panels. Popular layouts include four 40x40 inch canvases creating an overall installation of approximately 80x80 inches, or four 36x36 inch canvases creating a total display of approximately 72x72 inches. Both framed and unframed canvas options are available.

Available on Paper, Canvas, or Chromaluxe Metal

Most artworks featured on The Picturalist can be produced as Fine Art Prints on Paper, High-Quality Canvas Prints, or Chromaluxe Metal Prints. Each medium offers a distinct visual character, allowing collectors and design professionals to select the presentation that best complements their interior design project, hospitality environment, or commercial space.

Our team is always available to recommend the most suitable format, size, and presentation for your project.
