ABOUT THE ARTIST

Sylvie Eudes is a French artist renowned for her unique and vibrant style. With a career spanning several decades, she has collaborated on iconic French series such as Goldorak and Lucky Luke, as well as working for the studio of renowned screenwriter of comic books, Renè Goscinny, who created the beloved characters Asterix & Obelix.

Inspired by a range of subjects including comics, Marvel, manga, advertising, travel, vacations, seasons, and animals, Sylvie's art is a reflection of the joyful and beautiful moments of life. Her works are an endless source of inspiration for Pop Art, often compared to Street Art.

Sylvie employs the delicate and meticulous lacquer technique in her work, which requires precision and a flat painting surface. She enjoys the challenge of this technique, which does not allow corrections and requires long weeks of drying.

Her art is divided into two distinctive collections. The Évasion Collection features scenes of daily life depicted through a fictitious window, serving as an escape.
